1. Dispatch and Delivery:

a. Artwork or giclee prints from Claire Frances Smith Fine Art will be dispatched within 14 working days from the date of purchase, subject to availability.

b. Artwork and giclee prints are carefully packaged and sent via recorded delivery to ensure safe and secure delivery to your specified address.

c. Please note that Claire Frances Smith Fine Art is not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or customs clearance processes.

 

2. Product Description and Condition:

a. The giclee prints offered by Claire Frances Smith Fine Art are unstretched and unframed, allowing you the flexibility to choose your preferred framing option.

b. Every effort has been made to accurately display the colours and details of the prints. However, please be mindful that actual colours may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings.

 

3. Returns and Refunds:

a. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and undamaged. Any signs of use or damage may result in the return being voided.

c. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

d. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued within 14 days, minus any applicable shipping costs.

e. Artwork and giclee prints can be shipped to the UK and Europe. If you are wishing to purchase from outside of the UK & Europe please contact us with your request.
